Mr. Stephen Li is the founder and President of Landpower Real Estate Ltd. Stephen holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is well versed in both Architecture and Engineering. He was trained under Scott Wilson Kirk Patrick Consulting Engineering and worked for the Government of Hong Kong between 1982 to 1987. He immigrated to Toronto with his wife in 1987 and embarked on a real estate career soon afterwards.Since then, Stephen has gained vast experience in land acquisition, construction, and project development, and has become a recognized leader in new home marketing and commercial real estate. He is also actively involved in the equity participation of several real estate development projects with local builders. Stephen is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) as well as a stakeholder in various commercial real estate development committees in the City of Markham. He is the Vice President of the Chinese Real Estate Professional Society of Ontario, a member of BILD, and a registered Builder in the province of Ontario.
