KK studied at HK St. Joseph’s College and graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic Swire School of Design in 1982. He worked as a designer in Hong Kong. After moving to Canada in 1988, he worked as a Creative Director at FutureBrand Design.KK joined Landpower Real Estate in 2005, as a seasoned real estate Broker. With the previous experience in design business; he is a detail oriented problem solver and brings tremendous knowledge for clients, particularly in older neighbourhood. He was involved in numerous new condo projects, recently led the sales team for the Waterloo Sage project and achieved the highest sales volume for individual brokerage for In8 developments. He was also recognized as the Double Diamond Member from Aspen Ridge Homes.His passion is to build long-term relationship with clients and truly understands what clients need.
