Joseph joined Landpower in 2008. Prior to this, Joseph was in the media industry for many years, both overseas and in Toronto. He was the Marketing Consultant for Discovery Channel (Canada) and programming and promotion controller for FairChild TV before joining the company. His strong background in media advertising, event promotions, radio and TV broadcasting has enhanced much in his real estate career, particularly in marketing new pre-construction projects. Joseph has successfully marketed many pre-construction projects and has established strong ties with various local developers. He is well versed in both residential and commercial real estate and is recognized as one of the fine Platinum Brokers in Toronto. His creativity, coordination and strong marketing sense offers tremendous foresight to the company’s marketing direction.
